Shipping & returns

Shipping is currently only being provided for BC's Lower Mainland (including West/North Van, Richmond/Delta, Vancouver/Burnaby/New West, South Surrey/White Rock, Coquitlam/Port Moody/PoCo, Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows, Abbotsford). 

Please refer to the following for the shipping rates: 

Orders over $350 -> free same-day delivery (within 50km from the store location) 
Orders over $250 -> free same-day delivery (within 35km from the store location) 
Orders over $200 -> free same-day delivery (within 25km from the store location) 

Orders up to $100 -> flat-rate next-day delivery (upgradable to same-day delivery for a $3 surcharge) 
Langley: $15
Maple Ridge / Pitt Meadows: $20
Port Coquitlam/Port Moody: $20
Surrey: $20
Coquitlam/New West/Burnaby/Vancouver: $25
Abbotsford: $25
South Surrey/White Rock: $30
Richmond/Delta: $30

Any product return shipping would cost the same amount as the flat shipping fee you paid for your order or the customer can directly return products to the offline store at 8889 Walnut Grove Drive, Langley, BC (located inside of Walnut Grove Community Centre). 

***Product return can only be requested on the website itself if you checked out with your own account (the system doesn't have the technical capacity to accept a guest product return).
